One major issue is that it doesn't work with Raspberry Pi 4, despite being advertised as such. Some users have also reported problems with the controller's firmware and software updates causing certain buttons to stop working. The programming options are also limited, with only 4 macros allowed per profile. On the plus side, the controller has a good joystick and button feel, and for the most part, works well with Steam and Duck Station.
