répondre: As new, it shouldn't need cleaning, other than maybe wiping the bottom surface with a moist towel. In normal use, you shouldn't be seeing pasta getting stuck to it. When done, just let it dry, and brush off any residual bits of pasta. Avoid taking it apart unless necessary. Do not use a dishwasher, any chemicals that react strongly with copper, or abrasives. -
